Elevation data is from JentzTRACT4-p14-56. British war-time studies cite Ausf. D gun elevation as -11° +21° and Ausf. F2/G as -8° +20°STT07-p1 STT15-p3. One other source is in disagreement. In this case Ausf. A is listed as -10° + 30°, Ausf. D through Ausf. J as -8° + 20°AP3-p2-80.

Ammunition carried is primarily from JentzTRACT4-p14-56, but there is some disagreement, especially for Ausf. B through D. This may be due to the standards not always coinciding with version transition or even to the lack of strict standards. Some sources report that Ausf. B and C carried as much as 2700 rounds and Ausf. D as much as 3150P4V-p28.

Late production Ausf. D were modified to use belts instead of the saddle-magazines.P4V-p30
