ABE is the best place I've found for finding out-of-print books. The prices are generally lower than found elsewhere and the selection is good.

amazon.com
Amazon.com is the easiest and least expensive place to find and purchase new books. Many books feature reviews written by customers. They also provide out-of-print book searches free of charge.
Not only is amazon.com the best place to shop for new books, but any purchases you make from them via links here on the Panzer IV Universe also help to support this site. As an amazon.com Associate, the Panzer IV Universe receives a small contribution ranging from 5% to 15% of your purchase. These funds are used to improve this site.

eBay
This is the leading on-line auction site. Even though eBay doesn't specialize in Military books per se, they do have a busy section dedicated to these types of items ("Books, Movies, Music: Books: Non-Fiction: Military"). Prices vary, as you might expect from any auction, but they tend to be low. I suggest that the other sites listed here be used to determine the market value of a given book before bidding at eBay. The site employs several mechanisms to discourage fraud, including a sophisticated rating system based on feedback from both buyers and sellers. It's both a good resource for unusual items and, well, just a whole lotta fun! Check it out!
